Taproom: Monday – Saturday 11:00 AM–9:30 PM · Sunday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Good to know: Online ordering for pickup closes at 8 PM (7 PM Sundays). Front patio open year-round, weather permitting. Heaters available upon request.

For takeout, order online and we’ll text you when it’s ready. Please wait for the text before picking up, especially during the dinner rush. You can also order takeout in person at the taproom.

Location & parking

7421 Bush Lake Road, Edina, MN 55439 — industrial area of Southwest Edina, north of I-494 and west of Hwy 100. Get directions

Off-street: ~170 spots around our L-shaped building; some front/side spots reserved for tenants Mon–Fri 8 AM–5/6 PM (clearly marked by signage on-site).

Street: both sides of the last section of W 74th St and the east side of Bush Lake Rd — watch the signs elsewhere.

Accessible: ADA parking in front of the main entrance.

EV: free charging for customers during your visit; four spots by the front entrance.

Seating & groups

Order at the counter and seat yourself. All seating is first come, first served unless you rent out an event spaces.

The taproom holds 440 with a mix of booths (4), tables (4–12), and high-tops (4).

Beer to go

No growlers — freshly canned crowlers (750 ml), $8–12 each. Some styles are available in 16 oz 4-packs (state-mandated limit: two 4-packs per guest per day).

Cans must be enjoyed off-premises; by MN law, no to-go sales after 10 PM Mon–Sat or 6 PM Sun.

Do you have outdoor seating?

Yes! We have two patios, one in the front and one in the back of the building. Both patios are generally open April through October, weather permitting.

Dogs

Leashed, well-behaved pups are welcome on both of our outdoor patios! Because of our kitchen onsite, we ask that pups only come inside the taproom if they are standing in line with you as you order, or walking from our front to back patio (or vice versa.) Water bowls and treats on request.

NA & dietary options

On tap and in 4-packs to go: Le Hop NA hop water and SPACER, our house-brewed NA beer (style rotates). Plus rotating NA beers (and cases to go), NA versions of all seltzer cocktails (Mojito, Pink Lemonade, the Mule), sodas, and 1919 root beer on tap.

Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan food options. Flagship beers and some seasonals are vegan; the NA sparkling tea is gluten-free and vegan; hard seltzers and Kold Shoulder are vegan and gluten-removed.

Gift cards & merch

Gift cards are available online and in the taproom, along with branded shirts, hats, glasses, and accessories.

House policies

No outside food or drink. Children welcome but seated and supervised (high chairs available; no running). Takeout cans stay sealed on-premise; tap beer stays in the taproom and patio.

MN law only lets us serve the beer & hard seltzer we make — no wine or liquor. Valid government-issued ID required; nobody under 21. No alcohol for anyone showing signs of intoxication. Drink responsibly — staff can help arrange a ride home.
