Just 10–20 people?
Reserved 10-seat taproom tables are a flat $50 per table (max two tables — the fee doesn’t go toward food or drink). Call the bar and we’ll set them aside. No form needed.

To keep Wooden Hill welcoming for everyone, we don’t host religious or political events or reservations of any kind. Violations may result in cancellation of the reservation or event.

How do I book a private event?
Send an inquiry through the event inquiry form — tell us your date, headcount, and which space you’re interested in. We’ll follow up to confirm availability, walk you through options, and take a deposit to lock in your date. For the best availability, inquire at least 14 days ahead.
Is there a food and beverage minimum for events?
No. Our event spaces rent by the hour with no food or beverage minimums. The rental fee reserves the space; food and drinks are whatever your group actually wants.
Can you cater food for my event?
Yes! Our kitchen caters events in all three spaces, from passed appetizers to buffet spreads. Catering orders need at least 10 days’ notice, so mention food when you send your inquiry.
Hosting an off-site event? No problem! We’re happy to deliver.
How many people can your event spaces hold?
Three spaces, three sizes: the semi-private Brewer’s Lounge seats up to 40, the Fireside Lounge hosts up to 90 with patio access (available upon request), and the fully private Brewer’s Ballroom seats up to 150 with a capacity of 170+, with its own private patio. For groups of 10–20, flat-rate reserved taproom tables are the easy option.
Do you host weddings and rehearsal dinners?
We do! Our private Brewer’s Ballroom hosts wedding receptions and welcome parties for up to 150 guests, and the smaller lounges are a natural fit for rehearsal dinners and day-after brunches.
Are there events you don't host?
To keep Wooden Hill inclusive and welcoming for all guests and staff, we don’t host religious or political events or reservations of any kind — including gatherings organized by or affiliated with political parties, candidates, campaigns, PACs, or partisan advocacy organizations, and events with political or religious promotional elements such as speakers, Q&A sessions, or rallies. The policy is applied consistently across the political spectrum.
Hosting an event never implies endorsement of any individual, organization, or viewpoint, and violations may result in cancellation of the reservation or event.
