Can I Make a Reservation?
All taproom seating is first come-first served, so we cannot reserve tables for you. If you are interested in reserving one of our event spaces, click here.
I Forgot to Close My Tab Before I Left. What Should I Do?
Don't panic! At the end of each night, we close out any open tabs with an added 20% gratuity.
Can You Ship Your Beer To Me?
Sorry, but we can't ship our products! We self-distribute to many locations throughout the Twin Cities metro area. To find the store closest to you, click here.
Why Does My Bank Account Show Multiple Charges From Wooden Hill?
If you started a tab during your visit, these extra charges are a pre-authorization of funds on your card and will disappear in a few business days.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly for something, please fill out the contact form below, including the last 4 digits of the credit card you used, so we can further assist you.
Do You Have Any Drinks Besides Beer?
Per MN law, we are only licensed to sell alcoholic beverages that we produce. That means we do not sell wine or any liquor.
Our tap offerings include our rotating selection of craft beers, as well as hard seltzer, a gluten-removed product derived from our beer. (click here to learn more!)

Can I Bring My Own Food/Drinks?
Outside food/beverages are not allowed in the taproom. Please refrain from bringing takeout, wine, liquor, etc.
If you're celebrating someone/something special and would like to bring a dessert, you are welcome to do so! Please note that WH staff cannot store or handle outside food due to allergy/food safety considerations.
Is Your Taproom Kid Friendly?
Humans of all ages are welcome to enjoy our taproom! We ask that all kiddos stay by their Adult In Charge and follow our house rules during your taproom visit.
What About Dogs?
Leashed, well-behaved pups are welcome on both of our outdoor patios!
Because of our kitchen onsite, we ask that pups only come inside the taproom if they are standing in line with you as you order, or walking from our front to back patio (or vice versa.)
