Background
Many years ago, Comet hops ruled the west. Prized for their bittering ability in hoppy beers, but never used to their full potential as dry hops. When the hop revolution came in the late 90s and early 2000s, Comet hops were left behind, the strain nearly unused anymore.
Azacca hops, a newcomer to the scene, prized initially as Citra’s second-coming, never quite gained the notoriety it felt it rightfully deserved.
So here we are, both hops with something to prove. Who will win this most epic of battles?! Or will they instead unite their powers to figuratively–but maybe not so figuratively–blow the minds of hop heads throughout the galaxy.

Aroma: Peach and candied fruit from the hops
Flavor: Burst of fruit supported by an unobtrusive malt character
Mouthfeel: Medium body with medium carbonation
Aftertaste: Citrus pith
