As Edina's first brewery, we have had the pleasure of sharing joy through craft beer and food since 2018. We believe in creating lasting memories for and with our community, and with three unique event spaces to choose from, Wooden Hill is the perfect destination for gatherings of all kinds. Whether you’re planning a corporate meeting, holiday soirée, rehearsal dinner, birthday, wedding - or anything else you can dream up - our versatile venue and award-winning craft beer selection will create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

  • No food or beverage minimums. We recommend utilizing our catering service for groups of 25+. Catering must be ordered at least 10 days in advance.
  • All reservable spaces include an hourly rental fee. This fee does not get credited towards food or beverage.
  • Outside food & beverages are not permitted, with the exception of nut-free specialty dessert items.
  • An online deposit payment will be required to secure your date.
  • If you have additional questions, please fill out the request form to the best of your ability and include your questions in the "additional comments" box.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS POLICY

Wooden Hill Brewing Company is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Our taproom is a space where everyone is invited to feel safe, respected, and valued, regardless of their background or identity.

To maintain this atmosphere, Wooden Hill Brewing Company does not host religious or political events or reservations of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, events/reservations/gatherings that are organized by or affiliated with political parties, candidates/campaigns, PACs, or partisan advocacy organizations, or events intended for partisan political organizing/campaigning/fundraising. We do not host events that include political or religious promotional elements, such as speakers, Q&A sessions, or rallies. This policy is applied consistently across the political spectrum.

Reservations or events held in the taproom do not imply endorsement of any individual, organization, or viewpoint by Wooden Hill Brewing Company.
Wooden Hill Brewing Company reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy as needed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Violation(s) of this policy may result in cancellation of the reservation or event at the discretion of Wooden Hill Brewing Company.

 

THE BREWER'S LOUNGE

Brewer's Lounge Event Space 

In the back of our taproom, the semi-private Brewer's Lounge features seating for up to 40, a large projector screen, and views of the brewing space.

  • Semi-private indoor space holds a maximum of 40 guests
  • $100/hour rental rate
  • Amenities: Projector screen, microphone, in-house catering

THE FIRESIDE LOUNGE

Fireside Lounge Event Space 

Located in front of our newly expanded kitchen, the Fireside Lounge can accommodate up to 90 guests plus additional seating on a semi-private patio accessed through a glass garage door. The space comes complete with a cozy electric fireplace, 80-inch TV, and single occupancy restrooms.

  • Semi-private indoor space holds 60-90 guests
  • Discounted partial rentals for groups of 40-50 pending availability
  • $200/hour rental rate
  • Amenities: Fireplace, flat screen TV with projecting capability, microphone, in-house catering

THE BREWER'S BALLROOM

Brewer's Ballroom Event Space 

Our private Ballroom makes a statement. Entering through glass double doors you'll be greeted by comfy dark wood paneling, sprawling windows to the west, a glass garage door leading to the fully private patio, a large projector screen and additional 80-inch TV. With seating for up to 150 and a capacity of 170+, this is the perfect space for a large event that still feels intimate.

  • Fully private indoor event space + private patio holds 130-170 guests
  • Monday-Thursday: $300/hour rental rate
  • Friday-Sunday: $400/hour rental rate
  • Amenities: Private patio, projector screen, flat screen television, microphone, wedding packages, in-house catering

TABLE RESERVATIONS

Table Reservations

All seating in the taproom is primarily first come-first served, but if you want to assure your large group can sit all together during your visit, we offer the option to reserve large tables (only available to groups of 20 or fewer. If your group is 20+, please inquire about one of our event spaces)

  • 10-seat table reservations available for flat rate of $50 per table (does not go toward food/drink)
  • 2 table or 20 guest maximum
  • Catering menu/other event space amenities not included
  • Other taproom seating and patio seating are all first-come, first-served
