Brewed in collaboration with Three Rivers Parks, a classic saison infused with freshly harvested sumac! Sumac is a spice particularly popular in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. It has a distinct bright and tangy lemon-like flavor perfect for pairing with the saison yeast esters.
