Welcome, PlyoFlo!

PlyoFlo studio joined us in the taproom for the first time with their “Blast” fitness class. The first 40 minutes are spent increasing the heart rate with plyometrics and other cardio-based exercises, and the final 20 minutes guide you through a yoga Vinyasa. 

“This was the most difficult class yet!”
