BLDG 6 – Juicy Pale Ale

First Released: September, 2018

If you loved Laser Shield, we think this’ll be your new go-to!
bldg 6 juicy pale ale

Background

Good ‘ol Bush Lake Road. Home to Edina’s first brewery and five–count ‘em, five–BI Worldwide buildings. Rumor has it they refer to Wooden Hill’s location as Building 6. In fact, an even sketchier rumor has it that our building was home to a BI office at some point in the past.

What we do know for sure is that this beer is seriously hopped up with over 3 lbs of hops per bbl (that’s about 1.5 lbs per keg of pure unadulterated hop goodness).

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Passion fruit, peach, and pineapple.

Flavor: Fruit forward with a dark hop character underneath it all to keep things from being too sweet.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and soft.

Aftertaste: Waves of fruit and a light bitterness.
