This week we welcomed Laser Shield. We think this will be the first new beer to rival our beloved Code 3. It’s even more juicy!

Background

Why a cat in sunglasses amid a laser light show? Because when galaxy and mosaic hops blend together in a beer, it’s gonna be a party. A delicious party.

This Juicy IPA is loaded with late addition kettle hops and was dry hopped during active fermentation to promote full hop flavor.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Wonderful Galaxy hops; tropical and peachy with a subtle sweetness.

Flavor: Very balanced with a juicy quality to the finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium with a soft feel.

Aftertaste: Some residual bitterness and juicy fruit flavor.
