Breaking Down Walls

Week two of construction proceeded as scheduled and is now in the books, but nothing was actually constructed. Rather, walls came down, floors were scraped up, and other various materials were removed as part of the demolition process before any building can take place. So yes, the article title is meant to be interpreted quite literally.

A few weeks ago we showed you what the space looked like right before demo started. Here’s a look at what’s been done so far to open up the space…

What’s Next?

As you saw at the end of the video, cutting of the concrete floor is starting. This is necessary to lay the new drains for the brewery, bar, and restrooms.

HVAC installation and sprinkler system modifications will also be taking place within the next 1-2 weeks so we can stay cool and fire-free.

Cheers to the other businesses in our building for putting up with all the noise of demolition! It should get better soon.

Best of Luck Wooden Hill! I remember the days when Insight was in the same predicament/situation. But it all gets better! Looking forward to trying Wooden Hill Brews!
